He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Manning and Annabelle Kip Sweeney (Henry); and his brothers, E. Michael Sweeney and Shawn P. Sweeney. He is survived by: his wife Eileen M. Sweeney of Owings; his daughter Nicolette Noreen Savacool of Hanford, CA.; his grandchildren, Angelina Franchino, Anthony Franchino, Jr., Thomas Snell and Zachary Snell; his great grandchildren, Harmony Franchino and Korra Snell; and his sisters, Maryann Shenk, Kathleen Thomasson and Maureen Sweeney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
