He is survived by: his wife Gaye; his daughter Holly; his son-in-law Jamie; his siblings, Paul, Doris, Dave, Debbie and Mark (Dora); his nieces and nephews, PJ, Erik, Ryan, Cody, April, Josh, Kimmy, Mike, Jesse, Raymond, Christy, Leonard, Eddie, Dallas, Curtis and Amy; and his cousins, Kim (Mike), Jackie (Sally) and Eddie (Sandy). He is also survived by 23 great nieces and nephews.
