He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Barrett; and his nephew John Barrett. He is survived by: his father William Kenneth, Sr.; his sibling Kyle E. Barrett; his son Grant W. Barrett; his siblings, Janet B. Travers (Lee) of Owings and William K. Barrett, Jr. of Fayetteville, NC; his fiancé Jackie Randell of Solomons; his former wife Laura Cranford of Owings; his nieces, Jennifer Lavery, Heather Jacobs and Jackie Malinsky; and his nephew William Travers.
