He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Raymond and Mary Rebecca Jester (Jenkins). He is survived by: his wife Linda Jester; his children, Kimberly Jester Wert of Annapolis and Keith Jester (Melanie) of Chesapeake Beach; his grandchildren, Brittany Murphy, Kelsi Dawson (Sam), Jacob Murphy, Alexus Langham (Chase), Nicholas Wert, Emily, Alissa and Olivia Jester; his great grandchildren, Liam, Cole, Quinn, Charlotte and Walker; and his siblings, David Jester, Debbie Thomas and Pam Hager.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
