She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Edward and Mary Jane Cochran (Brown); her husband Bruce Whitlow; her daughters, Jennifer Campbell (Bryan) of Lothian and Heather Crowley of Rose Haven; her grandchildren, Rory Campbell and Alice Campbell; and her siblings, Janet Farrell (Jack), William Cochran (Stephanie) and John Cochran (Cindy). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
