He was predeceased by: his parents, Ordice Gallups, Sr. and Margaret Fleming; and his brother Ralph Gallups. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Gallups; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Gallups (Sarah), Michael Bess (Julie), Valery Bess, Christopher Bess (Emily Goodin), Shelley Bess, Jeffery Bess and Austin Bess.
