She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary "Agnes" III (Vaughan) and Frederick William Heine, III; her sister Bernadette Williamson; and her former husband Carl Watson Joye, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Joye and Jessica Hammonds (Marlon) of Woodbridge, VA; her grandchildren, Aaron (Keely Barco), Olivia, Amaya Joye (Jay Tyler) and Muffin Sugawara; her great grandchildren, Paxton Joye, Jaxon Tyler and Kaiya Christine Joye; and her siblings, Fred Heine, IV (Mary), Celie Cochrell (Kerry) and Betsy Heine. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
