He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Mattingly Frazer. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Hardisty (Charles) of North Beach, Linden Re (John) of Averill Park, NY and David Frazer (Terri) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Sean, Kayla, Rebecca, Delany, Michael, Duncan, Marley, Lily and Ellie; and his siblings, Duncan Frazer (Mickie) and Sally Klein.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, in honor of the compassionate care provided to his late wife.
