She was predeceased by: her parents, Montgomery Van Buren and Pauline Rayfield (Martin); her husband James, Jr.; her daughter Brenda Bourne Stair; and her granddaughter Rebecca Elaine Bourne.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Kaye, James, III and Meri Bourne Mireles (David); and her grandchildren, Amanda, Lauren, Hannah, Grace Bourne and Israel Mireles.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Kaye's name may be made to Grace Brethren Church of Calvert County.
