She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Scheibel and Emma E. Scheibel; and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her sons, Charles R. Bailey, Jr. (Kathleen A.) and John R. Bailey (Jerrie Lynn Bailey); and her grandchildren, Eric Bailey (Erin), Marianne O'Malley (Keith), Kristen Bailey Doty, Kaitlin Pecina (Adam) and Robert Bailey (Emily).
Viewing was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lee Funeral Home (8200 Jennifer Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. James' Parish (5757 Solomons Island Rd, Lothian, MD 20711). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at the St. James' Parish Cemetery (5757 Solomons Island Rd, Lothian, MD 20711).
