He was predeceased by: his father John James Cooke, Jr.; and his niece Erica Killerlane. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Helen Cooke; his sisters, Michele Walker (Terry Dorr) and Pamela Wise-Corridean (Paul Corridean); his nieces, Jessica Wise and Claudia Killerlane; his nephew Michael Wise; and his great-nephew Lawrence "LJ" Nocente, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
