She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Benn and Lucille Baker; her boyfriend Edward Brooks of Maryland; her daughter JoAnna DeLong of Pennsylvania; and her great grandchild Nichole Cochran of Pennsylvania.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Mettetal of Florida, Hugh DeLong of North Carolina and Cheryl Younger of Maryland. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clarks United Methodist Church (2001 Kalmia Rd, Bel Air, MD 21015). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
