Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
