He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Norma Florence Ford Boling; his parents, Jesse Burton Boling and Helen Louise Chambers; and his children, Joanne Carol Dickinson (Bob) of Owings, MD, Frank Roy Boling (Diane) of Chesapeake Beach, MD and John Arthur Boling (Joyce) of Waldorf, MD.. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
