It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Melnitchenko of Owings, Maryland, who passed away on July 15, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Valentina; and his son Mark. He is survived by: his wife Helena; his son Dereck; and his stepdaughters, Katherine and Valerie.
