She was predeceased by: her mother Loretta Quinn; and her siblings, Billy, Virginia, Jimmy and Ralph (Peanut).

She is survived by: her father Fred Mulligan; her husband Willard Gene Gould; and her children, David Allen (Cheryl), Derrick Lee and Debra Krehbiel (John). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
