It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana Ruth Wagner (Owings, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willie E. Simmons and Elsie Mae Simmons (Griffin); her husband Robert Wagner; her children, Saralyn Gamble (John) of Evans, Georgia, Rebecca Bickel (Chad) of Davidsonville, MD and Joel Wagner (Janell) of Huntingtown, MD.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Gamble, Tyler, Justin, Victoria Bickel, Benjamin, Alaina, Stephen and William Wagner; and her siblings, Eunice Haller (Simmons), Vern of Kansas, Danny Simmons and Karen of South Carolina.
