She is survived by: her mother Naomi Griffin (Fowler) of Prince Frederick; her husband Buddy Scaggs of Owings; her children, Jason Scaggs (Renee) of Owings and Jeana Shaffier (David) of Huntingtown; her grandchildren, Colin, Lily, Maverick, Tyler and Codi; and her siblings, Linda Rubis, Nancy Brown, Mark, Tim and Ricky Griffin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
