He is survived by: his wife Elsie Virginia Moser; and his sons, William Moser (Edith) of Lusby and Kevin Moser of Owings. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
