Beatty Jr. (Owings, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on July 30, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Mary A.; his children, Carl Beatty, III, Steve Beatty and Bridgette Phelps; his child-in-law Rosemary Beatty; his grandchildren, Steve Beatty, Christine Beatty of Carl Beatty, IV, Erin Beatty Thorp (Mike), Melissa Wyant, Mariam Wyant Canning (David) and Starr Filorimo; his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Grace, Dominic, Leo, Shyann and Trey; and also Potter.
