Scaggs; her granddaughter Amy Scaggs; and her sons, Alan "Buddy" Scaggs (Cindy) of Owings and Kenneth R. Scaggs (Kay) of Owings. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
