He was predeceased by: his siblings, Leonora Krew (Aaron), Elliott Howard Friedland, Edward Leonard Friedland and Barbara Lee Engle (Arnold); his niece Ilene Buccheri; his nephew Irvin Engle; and his parents, Anna Friedland and Irving Friedland.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Friedland; his children, Arlene Friedland, Brian Friedland (Kathrine Bakke-Friedland) and Jon Friedland; and his grandchildren, Daniel Friedland, Erik Friedland and Sadee Friedland.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208).
