It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Perkins Fletcher III of Owings Mills, Maryland, who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hilda Smith Fletcher of Lexington and Robert P Fletcher Jr.; his stepparent Kim Loch Fletcher of Annapolis, MD.; his sister Tara; and his uncle Bill Fletcher.

Donations may be made in Rob's name to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
