She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Rossen; her siblings, Isadore Sokolow, Samuel Sokolow, David Sokolow and Meyer Sokolow; her parents, Sara Sokolow and Morris Sokolow; and her son-in-law Robert Woods.

She is survived by: her children, Charlene Beth Woods and Daniel Saul Katz (Tammy Cohen); her grandchildren, Emily Katz and Lindsey Katz; her stepgrandchildren, Chloe Drescher and Lyle Drescher; and her great-granddogs, Sophie, Harper and Bao.
