He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Joan Block. He is survived by: his wife Alicia Berlin; his daughters, Hannah, Marissa and Ellie Berlin; his parents, Dr. Steven Berlin and Sherry Berlin; his father-in-law Robert Block; his sister Beth Cohen (Matt); his sister-in-law Nadine Rosendale (Henry); and his nieces and nephews, Avery, Micah and Harper.

Shiva attendees must wear masks if unvaccinated.
