He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Mak and Edith Mak; his son Jonathan Tyler Mak; and his brother David Wolle. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Mak; his children, Joanna Mak and Michael J. Mak, Jr.; his sisters, Pam Bringhurst, Faye Allison Kenny (Paul) and Haley Mak Brantley; and his grandchildren, Colin Cooper, Sophie Mak, Jordan Mak and Christian Mak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
