Melvin R. Trosch Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin R. Trosch of Owings Mills, Maryland, who passed away on February 6, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Helaine Trosch; his brother Ivan Trosch; his grandsons, Benjamin Trosch and Brendan Trosch; and his parents, Ada Trosch and Aaron Trosch.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Trosch (Janet), James Trosch (Alice), Thomas Trosch and Glen Trosch; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Trosch, Lauren Trosch (Brad Krivit), Emily Trosch Trumble (Michael), Rebecca Munson-Decker (Jake), Jonathan Trosch and Katherine Trosch (Matt Porter); and his great grandchild Chase Trumble.
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208). A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Baltimore Hebrew Berrymans Lane Cemetery (318 Berrymans Ln, Reisterstown, MD 21136). A shiva was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the Family Residence (2 Kenmont Ct, Owings Mills, MD 21117).
