He was predeceased by: his father Samuel "Sammy" Rosenstein; and his grandparents, Paul, Marilyn Walter, Stephen and Sue Rosentstein.

He is survived by: his mother Perrie F. Walter; his sister Bari Rosenstein; his uncles, Harold M. "Hal" Walter (Ann) and Mark Rosenstein (Treecy); his aunt Marcy Ginsburg; and his cousins, Elon, Benjamin, Brooks Walter, Joseph Wilner, Michael Ginsburg, Lauren Ginsburg and Natalie Rosenstein. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
