With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Karyn Wions Smith of Owings Mills, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Karyn Wions left this world on April 8, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Ronald Smith; her siblings, Douglas Orgel and Sheila Myers; and her brother-in-law Mickey Myers. She is survived by: her children, Steven Wions (Michelle) and Stacey Johnson (Aleck); her grandchildren, Samantha Wions, Emma Wions, Amanda Johnson and Robin Johnson; and her sister-in-law Carole Orgel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Judean Memorial Gardens (16225 Batchellors Forest Rd, Olney, MD 20832). A shiva was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Family Residence (3637 Epping Forest Way, Owings Mills, MD 21117).
