He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Kelley and Nancy June Elder Kelley; his daughter Crystal Kelley; and his brother Michael Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Ruth M. Kelley; his children, Jennifer Plourde (Martin) and Ashley Kelley; his grandchildren, Lillian, Martin, Nathan and Nolan Plourde; and his siblings, Lori Zienick, Tony Phillips and Deena Rocco.
