He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Regina Ann "Gina" Howard; his daughters, Lucy I. "Lindsy" Beasley (Tanner), Jacqueline D. "Jackie" Fisher (Patrick) and Katharine R. "Kaely" Howard; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Blaire Bosley, Reagan and Finnegan Fisher; and his siblings, Margaret Howard Maher (Ronald) and Robert B. Howard. He was also cherished by loving nieces and nephews.
