It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joel Smeyne of Owings Mills, Maryland, who passed away on March 19, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Smeyne and Jacob Smeyne. He is survived by: his wife Linda Smeyne; his children, Jill Cohen (late Jay G. Cohen) and Sari Lipitz (Eugene); his sister Rona Seelig; and his grandchildren, Zachary Cohen, Samara Cohen, Sophie Lipitz and Chloe Lipitz.
