She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Small and Ethel Martin Small; her spouse Russell Edward Southard, Sr.; her sister House; and her son Russell Southard, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Susan Morgan of Hampstead, MD, Mark Southard (Nancy) of Hampstead, MD and Matthew Southard (Donna) of Sykesville, MD; and her grandchildren, Jackie, Luke, Katie, John, Darin, Danny, Ryan, Tristen and Logan. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
