It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Kemp of Owings Mills, Maryland, who passed away on October 20, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry C. Wagner Sr. and Helen Hales Wagner; her husband Charles Eugene Kemp, Sr.; her grandson James Kemp, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Lucy Kemp; and her brothers, Chip Wagner and Mike Wagner.
She is survived by: her sons, James "Jim" Michael Kemp, Sr. (Dana) of Hampstead, MD and Charles "Chuck" Eugene Kemp, Jr. of Sykesville, MD. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
