He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert J. Hoelter Sr. and Helen Parker Hoelter; and his siblings, Margaret Weber, Marybeth Mollo and Mark Hoelter.
He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Jeffrey Hoelter (Jillian), Sarah Coble (Bryant) and Katherine Hoelter (Summer); and his siblings, Joan Castellani (Larry), Melanie Hoelter (Sally), Peter Hoelter (Sue) and Moria Saviola (Danny). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the NCIA Foundation, continuing Herb's life mission to support and uplift others.
