He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gampel and Mary Gampel. He is survived by: his wife Joan Gampel; his sister Harriette Waxman of Boynton Beach, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Marruffo and Jennifer Stankiewicz.
