She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Maisel and Veronica Connolly Maisel; her husband Roland Eugene Hertsch, Sr.; her son-in-law Tony Cascio, Sr.; and her brother Herman C. Maisel, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Bowen (Gene), Roland Hertsch, Jr. (Cheryl), Stephen Hertsch (Joyce), Sandra Hudgins (Wayne) and Pamela Cascio; and her sister Muriel Schatz. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
