He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Anna Roberts and Joseph Goings Chase; and his sisters, Doris Deshields, Anna Kellem and Cora Tilghman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Valtina Sullivan (Carlette) of Easton, Peggy Holmes of Easton, JoAnne Tilghman of Easton and Olin Roberts (Linda) of Newark; his niece Pamela Young of Brookwood; and his nephew Andre Brooks of Baltimore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
