It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Diane Ellen Gartner of Owings Mills, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Brooks and Blanche Brooks. She is survived by: her husband Howard; her children, Beth (Dennis Kloster) and Todd; and her sister Sharon (late Sig).

Due to Covid concerns, the family will not be receiving guests prior to the funeral service, and masks are required.
