It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Paul of Owings Mills, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Robert Moore, Sr. and Bettie Mae Brown Moore; and her brother David Robert Moore, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Paul, Sr.; her son Timothy Joseph "TJ" Paul, Jr.; her brothers, Daniel Lee Moore and Donald William Moore; and her sisters-in-law, Claudia Moore, Kathi Marie Moore, Marlyn Riggie and Bertha Paul. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
