He was predeceased by: his son William Levy; his brothers, Edward Levy and Barry Levy; and his parents, Golda Levy and Jesse Levy.

He is survived by: his wife Doris Levy; his son Jerome Levy (Claire); his grandchildren, Casey Jessica Levy and Michael Levy (Darcy); and his family, Richard Poloway, Shahid Ali and Carl Smith.
