He is survived by: his wife Jane Foley Wagner; his children, Dulany Wagner Madigan and Caroline Wagner; his son-in-law Daniel Madigan; his grandchildren, Charles and Penn Madigan; and his sisters, Catherine Key Wagner and Anne "Nan" Wagner (Eugene Brown). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, in-laws.
