She was predeceased by: her husband Irwin Levinbook. She is survived by: her children, Gary Levinbook (Cindy) and Nancy Levinbook Widlus (David); her grandsons, Max Levinbook (Samantha), Sam Levinbook, Benjamin Widlus and Matthew Widlus; and her great grandchild Frankie Levinbook.
