She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise H. Flemming and Arthur Ratcliff. She is survived by: her son Darius L. Ratcliff (Letha T. Ratcliff); her grandchildren, Ameasha L. Ratcliff, Ericka L. Ratcliff and Darius L. S. Ratcliff; her great grandchildren, Kennedy V. Tate and Ja'Niya M. Mincy; and also Leroy E. Bowser.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Vaughn C. Greene Chapel-East (4905 York Rd, Baltimore, MD 21212). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery (11501 Garrison Forest Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117).
