Burlew (Teresa) and Amy (Tony Guarino) of Lopatcong, NJ; his stepdaughter Dawn (Scott Turner); and his siblings, Josephine McMahon of Forked River, Edward Burlew (Ester) of Cliffwood Beach, Elvera Simmons (Charles Meyers) of South Amboy, Carol (Lawrence Steward) of Long Branch, Charles Burlew (Michelle Baucke) of California, Robert (Manuela) of Union Beach, Gail (Steven Walicky) of Toms River and Gilbert (Mary) of Florida. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and two step grandchildren.
