He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lenore Friedman; his children, Karen Widmayer (Derek), Esti Cherok (Michael), Cheryl Nicchitta (Christopher) and Marc Friedman (Robin Yasinow); and his grandchildren, Courtney Cherok, Sam Widmayer (Rebecca), Alexis Zuckerman (Michael), Mira Nicchitta and Isaac Nicchitta.
