He is survived by: his wife Lottie; his sister Claire Cady; his sons, Jack (Teresa) and Gary (Lisa); his grandchildren, Sarah Swinehart (Riley), Laura Evans (Britt), Jacob Shankman and Sam Shankman; and his great grandchildren, Allyson, Parker Swinehart, Bobby and Brooke Evans.
