With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Welch of Olney, Maryland, who passed away on May 5, 2021 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Russell P. Welch of Olney, MD and Judith Lee Welch of Huntington Beach, CA; and his sibling Hetta Welch. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
