He is survived by: his children, Ronald T. Dwyer, II and Jamie L. Harper (Charles); his grandchildren, Brianna Noel of Germantown and Gabriele Marie of Germantown; and his brothers, Billy and Kenny Dwyer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
