It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Ira Hirschman of Olney, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Phyllis Lee Hirschman; his children, Melissa Lee Hirschman and Max Alexander Hirschman (Tatiana Fontina); his granddaughter Emma Mary Hirschman; his parents, Irma Hirschman and Behrl Hirschman; his siblings, Sandra Spiegel (David), Marjorie Nichols (Charles) and Lawrence Hirschman; and his sister-in-law Susan Lee Maranto (Robert).

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Heart Association. If you are unable to make a donation, please take your children out for a round of golf or a fun afternoon at the driving range in honor of Michael.
